Here is the objective: Car guy would love him some Foose Machine
Here's what was found: Don't look like no Foose Machine
Here's what is: Well maybe it could be a Foose Machine
I Wanted this:
Now I want this:
So, there it is in picture form. Hubby is a car guy and wanted a 56 F100, because... you know... he is a car guy. So, I was thinking maybe we could have a retro trailer and travel to different car shows around the country once we retire. All good and fine, lets do that for retirement fun. Well, then I started reading blogs of folks that have retired full time in a travel trailer. Hummm...that sounds like fun, but could I live in a little trailer full time. Nope, not going to happen. So off to RV shows to see what we could comfortably live in that is light weight. We looked at all of the light weights we could see and the comfort level kept getting bigger and bigger. But car guy says: "remember, you know the truck has to be able to pull your home". So, here we are trying to make the seemingly impossible work. This quote is right on:
“When you do what you love, the seemingly impossible becomes simply challenging, the laborious becomes purposeful resistance, the difficult loses its edge and is trampled by your progress.” - Steve Maraboli
So Steve says it can happen, so we will go for it :)

Biding My Time
RETIREMENT HAS ARRIVED! For me that is, still waiting on hubby. So the end of September 2017 we will be on our way to travel all over and see this great country of ours. CAN'T WAIT! My attitude is solid.
The lyrics say it well:
Wasting my time,
Resting my mind
And I'll never pine
For the sad days and the bad days
When we was workin' from nine to five.
And if you don't mind
I'll spend my time
Here by the fire side
In the warm light and the love in her eyes.
And if you don't mind
I'll spend my time
Here by the fire side
In the warm light of her eyes
